Meet Marg, the owner and manager of Bellingen Riverside Cottages! Marg is originally from Dorrigo and her husband from Goulburn, and have been running Bellingen Riverside Cottages for 16 years now and are exactly where they want to be!
I love being an owner of such a business as you meet sooo many lovely people from all walks of life. We have a large garden so that is also a pleasure to work in. The satisfaction of finished work and pleasing guests is a biggy.
The couple have three beautifully self appointed cottages (that are also pet friendly), overlooking the sparkling Bellingen River, where guests are able to kayak (yes! Kayaks are available for use!), swim and fish! The three cottages along with the renovated Dairy are able to sleep up to 28 people, and a few pets too!
Marg’s property is not only able to accommodate the whole family, but is also available for rent for any kind of function, especially weddings. These functions are held in the beautiful straw bale pavilion and are able to seat up to 100 people!
The cottages are 2 km from Bellingen township which has all you need. There are cafes, dress shops, beauticians, musicians great walks especially in Dorrigo National Park!

Nothing special at all. Venue was very dirty, and cottage 3 had so much mould and was so strong my guests couldn’t breath. Health risk. Very disappointed as the rest was good. Location lovely.
